We’re excited to get your Soul Athletix pieces moving your way.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Within Canada

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more within Canada.

For orders under $100 CAD, applicable shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping to the United States

We offer standard shipping to the United States for $14.90 CAD.

Orders of $150 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping to the United States.

Please note that international orders may be subject to applicable duties, taxes, customs fees or import charges.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service used. Any estimated delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, customs processing and other unforeseen events.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@soulathletix.com.

We’ll do our best to help before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@soulathletix.com. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the best next step.
